Royale Legends is a game in the Battle Royale genre, available in early access. The game was designed for the Android mobile platform, and its gameplay is very similar to Apex Legends. There is currently no word regarding an iOS port, which is understandable, as the development team behind the project is comprised of only one person.
The gameplay will be readily familiar to any fan of battle royale titles — land on the map, find something to arm yourself, then make sure you're the only survivor. The game has three characters: a healer, a sniper, and a "stormtrooper" (the assault class), with the developer promising more variety in the future. Also included are five maps, all of them sufficiently colorful and filled with ample spots to take cover, so you typically won't have to fight an enemy head-on. The firefights take place in a first-person perspective, as in classic shooters.
The average duration of any battle here is around 15-20 minutes, depending on the number of bad decisions made by the players and their respective skill levels.
